La Sérène Gives Back

In lieu of the violence that has plagued the Nigerian city of Jos, La Sérène has decided to embark on a fundraising campaign to raise money for the victims of man's inhumanity to man. We will be working in conjunction with Nylah's Catering and other reputable organizations to ensure that the victims get the help that they so desperately need. 

FACTS

 * January 2010: 460 left dead in ghastly clash between Muslims and Christians

 * March 2010: Over 400 people, the Fulani massacred mostly women and children in retaliation for        the January riot.

 * March 17th, 2010: Yet another massacre that killed over 12 people and counting

 * The government is yet to prosecute the perpetrators of this crime

 * Relief efforts are almost non-existent

 * We need to do something to ensure that this does not happen again.

 * Nylah's catering was actively involved in providing relief to the victims of the January riots
